Jon helped to launch Mayor Tory’s Traffic Agent Program and later led the City’s encampment office, overseeing a team focused on helping unhoused individuals transition from parks and into shelter.

Founder of Toronto’s first city-wide healthy prepared-meal delivery service, which Jon successfully operated for 14 years before being elected to City Council.
