But just as important is the Councillor’s role as chief advocate for their community: representing Ward 16 residents and working directly to solve their problems and concerns.

I know that when most residents call their Councillor it’s because they’re frustrated and haven’t received the help they need. My 14 years in private industry taught me the value of customer service; finding solutions rather than excuses. Building strong, positive relationships across the City helps me resolve issues quickly and effectively.
